Fruity Cleanser Recipe...Bloating stomach?

Before we get to the cleansing juice recipe,understand why EVERYONE are crucially need to cleanse their stomach once in awhile.
I know that lots of you heard that NOT to eat till you full,but eat until its enough.
There are reason why it is important to eat till your stomach is fill and not FULL infact it dangers your health if you eat till you are full EVERYTIME.

I'll simplify my words.
Each time we eat till we are full,our stomach does not 100% digest all the food we ate. So,each time the undigest foods we ate,STAYS inside our stomach which after 2-3 days it grows up some worms which always makes us FART out smelly gas or burping a lot. Worms are the thing inside our stomach that push out the air from our stomach out causing our stomach keeps feeling uncomfortable. Try to eat when you are feeling a little hungry of course lesser portion will keep you healthier than before. For those who have to work so must eat till FULL,try to eat smaller portion when you got home.
If you don't cleanse out whats disturbing in your stomach,you are treating yourself well at all and by the time,your hard earn money are just to funding Doctors wallet.
Yes Doctor are to heal people but do you love to visit Doctor when you are sick?
There's a word says " You service your car but do your service yourself ? "

1/4 of Watermelon flesh
1/2 cup (125ml) of fresh grape juice
1 cup of cranberry juice (250ml)
